I always get cold sores. what are the fastest remedies that actually work. i want home remedies, medicines from drugstores, anything that will work. also is there anyway to prevent them? please help it is very appreciated.

Anybody know any good cold sore remedies that aren’t your usual ones? I’ve tried to many cold sore remedies that didn’t work. Any help is appreciated. This has been an especially bad season for me.
