Fever Blister–> Ocular Herpes?…?

I recently got a fever blister on my lip. It is starting to scab but still contains puss… i am curious.. i think i touched the scab then my right eye… Is there a way i know if i have ocular herpes. And what is the treatment. Please help.
(when i touched the fever blister then my eye, the blister was not punctured.. i think)
