Get Castor oil, soak a peice of cotton flannel, cover the scar at night. Use whatever covering you have to to keep from making a mess. You can reuse the cloth until it gets rather bad looking, then start a new one. In a week or so you should see some improvement. In a month or so it will be gone. This stops it right away from developing and it helps eliminates scarring before it fully appears. Not to mention it heals it right away.
