@Dmitry336227005 I take L-lysine and acyclovir both twice a day every day, and I still get cold sores. In fact, my last outbreak was the worst of all. I’ve lost faith in medicinal treatment for cold sores. Nothing I’ve tried works, so I stick to Carmex.
