This is in with the vitamins. Take it when you feel one coming on and continue taking one a day until it is gone. This should cut down the time of the breakout.

I have not met anyone that it does not work for.

Warm salt water will clean it, and help it heal quicker. It helps with some pain too.

gargling with hot salt water every 2 hrs is really helpful….take a glass of hot water and add a tablespoon of salt …one more home remedy is to sip or drink slowly little by little into the throat,1 cup of hot water mixed with juice of 1/2 lemon and a 1 teaspoon of honey… so try both..u wil feel better

I’ve heard you can use tea tree oil. But I use Abreva..it really works. Here’s a link below. It’s a bit pricey….$15 for a tiny tube, but it will cure it in no time!
