I just got this HUGE cold sore on my bottom lip this morning, and it hurts like hell. I’m going to see family tomorrow and people are going to be taking a lot of pictures, so I would like this thing gone asap. Abreva is not working, it only stops the pain for a few minutes. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it soon?

So this morning I woke up with 3 cold sores and most of the year it would only be annoying but sadly I have a concert and adjudication tomorrow and Thursday playing trumpet and baritone but with 3 huge cold sores I can’t play. Please help
