What does a cold sore look like? If my bf has gone down on me can I wash myself can I die OH GOD
This morning i woke up with a cold sore, it was small and barley visable but i could feel the tingling and i was wondering if anyone has a good way i can keep it from swelling or getting bigger and still help it heal? i dont have access to a car right now so i cant go to a store and buy anything
also, my BF knows i get them but its embaressing and he doesnt like when i get close because he thinks hes gonna get it and its very frustrating, but we live together, so i really need a way for it to go away very quickly, preferably a day or 2
I had a cold sore 2 weeks ago and I kissed my bf and then he went down on me. Now I have sores on my vagina. could it be herpes? Thanks!
I woke up with one this morning! 
I’ve never had one before!!! PLEASE HELP Eeek, will this freak my bf out?
I’m completely aware of the following options:
1) Boosting my immune system with echinacea, zinc, & vitamin C
2) Supplementing with L-Lysine (~1000 mg/day) & avoiding foods containing L-Arginine.
3) Zovirax or Valtrex–it’s not extreme enough for me to get a prescription for it.
4) Abreva–too expensive!! I hear it’s effective, but this is my last option, I guess…..plus I think it’s more useful if I used it before the actual cold sore appeared
5) Avoid stressing out, etc….
Can someone please help me with other EFFECTIVE options?

Any home remedies that have worked for you?

I have a small cold sore just at the top of my upper lip. i tried popping it (eww) but it didn’t go away. Tomorrow im hanging out with my bf and i really don’t want him to see it!lol. I’m afraid he might not want to kiss me! Hah, well i don’t like it at all. Is there a way it can go away by tonight?
