I think I have 2 cold sores, one in each corner of my mouth. They hurt like hell! I’ve been using Carmex to get rid of them and relieve the pain but it isnt helping them go away, just numbing the pain. So I bought Abreva today to try that. Is it ok to use both at the same time?
