what color does a cold sore look like?
I have white stuff close to my lips. There is a small little white bump. It does not hurt.

They can look red or pink, but it depends on your skin tone. Normally they are on the lip or on the corner (it can sometimes sting to open your mouth wide). I suggest you go to the doctors and have it treated.
