What does a developing oral herpes cold sore look like?
I have these little yellow bumps on my top lip and am wondering if they could be a developing cold sore… could somebody please tell me??
I have had them for about 24 hours and they don’t hurt, they look like little whiteheads…

little yellow bumps sound like white heads. You will know if you have a cold sore. it hurts,gets real red looks like a nasty pimple and then drains. takes quite awhile to heal.

Do they itch or tingle? Do they look like tiny blisters or something more solid? How long have you had them? It would be important to know these things in order to give you an intelligent answer.
