I like to think that cold sores are a nicer name for oral herpes. It's nothing big to worry over, lots of people have cold sores and some people carry the virus with out showing symptoms or having out breaks. Most of the time cold sores are passed during child hood by innocently kissing or being kissed by some one that has cold sores. We get told "it's just cold sores" and who are we going to believe until we find out for our selves.
